Our Construction Management team was awarded the prestigious Construction Manager of the Year Award by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in 2006, for our work on the LAUSD Belmont Elementary School #6. Since our inception we have managed and are currently still managing approximately $4 billion of development, design and construction of new schools, additions and modular's.

As of 2007 LAUSD, has completed construction of 69 of 132 new schools, and 58 of 65 new school additions projects. The District’s program is expected to deliver 165,000 new seats by the end of 2012. The following is a list of program accomplishments completed by LAUSD:

	233 projects have been completed, including 69 new school projects and 58 addition projects
	79,336 seats have been delivered
	3,070 classrooms have been completed
	47 projects are under construction
	29 early education center expansions have been completed
	279 projects are designed or in design
	475 schools have achieved occupancy for full-day kindergarten
	Approximately 1,500 parcels of land have been acquired
	Approximately 2,900 households & businesses have been relocated
	Over 200 relocated tenants have become first-time homeowners

We are proud to be a part of the LAUSD program to provide the City of Los Angeles and the State of California with additional educational facilities for the citizens of this region. Current responsibilities include overseeing and assisting in property acquisition, obtaining final environmental approval from the State of California through LAUSD’s Office of Environmental, Health & Safety group (OEHS) and the Asbestos, Lead & Safety Unit (ALSU), abatement and demolition of existing facilities as required, leadership in community meetings, development of construction documents from architect selection to DSA approval, overseeing the constructability review process for the development of documents from 50 percent to 100 percent construction documents, initiation and completion of bidding documents, budget adherence, construction, scheduling, coordination of furnishings, and punch-list initiation and completion to final turnover to school administration.
