Dan has over 22 years of construction management experience and has been involved in pre-construction and GMP and Lump Sum contracts, with extensive experience in Public Works type projects. He is a proven leader with the ability to motivate and mentor team members and create positive working relationships with the architect, its consultants, the client, the inspection team and subcontractors. Dan is a team player willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. He has comprehensive scheduling and technical skills; excellent analytical skills with the ability to visualize the complete project. Dan has just completed the opening of the Central Los Angeles New High School #1 for LAUSD. This school was completed through his hard work and dedication to the Client’s needs.
