Ken has been in the construction industry for over 11 years and has been involved in pre-construction and GMP and Lump Sum contracts. He has the ability to create positive working relationships with the architect, its consultants, the client, the inspection team and subcontractors. Ken is a team player willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. He has proved this with his dedication to complete construction of the Central Los Angeles New Middle School #1 for LAUSD. Ken has excellent technical skills and has been using Expedition to document and control the projects.
